Tonight I'm using the recipe from mothermiser.com (it's super quick and easy).
I also use a Jamie Oliver recipe for pumpkin, chickpea and coconut curry from meatfreemondays .com more involved but worth the effort.

Tonight we had takeout, LOL

Well it seemed  like that .......

We had TM rice, Lamb Rogan Josh, Beef with cashews, vegetable stir fry with noodles.

It was really nice, it felt like we had ordered a takeaway, plus it was all home made & yum.

I am going to do this mre often, as one of the nice things about takeaway is the different dishes.

Fundj - I want to try making my own pasta one day. Yours looks delicious. Can you hire pasta machines as I don't think I would use it a lot if I bought it.

JD it wasnt that hard.

Made rogan josh sunday in slow cooker, tm rice easy easy, beef with cashews easy stir fry, noodles in water & veggies  done in TM & finished off in wok, tossed with noodes in TM server.

We have frozen left ver rogan josh, we are going to do these meals  every fortnight. So now I have the curry, rice easy, veg & noodles easy, so just have to make a chicken chineese dish next time

i dont think u can hire them tasty, just keep an eye out when on special, i have seen them for $19.95 even if u use it 4 times a years its worth it. not just pasta, i use it for naan bread 2
