I have no idea! Had Chookie's KFC Chicken last night with salad, but absolutely no inspiration this arvo. No meat out of freezer, either...

Only just ordered my pizza maker on the weekend, so I won't be making pizza until it arrives.

Possibly, my fall back, Rainbow's Easy Pasta Carbonara. I'll add some broccoli and peas to make me feel better. ;D
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

A friend makes sausages, so last night we gave them a try.

first 3 were chili, 2 middle ones beef, and skinny 3 were apple & sage...all really nice.
I had left over mini burgers, so also had them with Helga's soy linseed thin bread, and topped with chookies beetroot dip.

Tonight was grilled lemon herb chicken fillets with potato bake

maddy, your food looks delectable.

Tonight, I did the right thing and looked in the fridge to see what I had. Some leftover taco mince fit the bill for a Mexican Layered Bake.
I pretty much made it up and it was superb!! Will post recipe soon. Taco mince was made in TM, and taco seasoning too.

Well done, MJ.

We had a guest from NZ tonight, who it turns out is on quite a specific diet, so I tried to cater for her needs at the same time as providing easy food that everyone would eat.  Ended up doing Cyndi's GF bread (popular), Spicy Tomato and Bean Soup, Impossible Quiche, Steamed Salmon with Yghurt and Tahini Sauce, and Fried Rice (all from Devil cookbook), Potatoes, Pumpkin, Luigi's 40 Second biscuits and Bimby's Choc Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and Emerald Sue's beautiful sugar flowers to decorate (also went down well).  To top off a very forumy meal, we had Crio Bru!!

So thanks to all the people who influenced those choices.  :)  (You know who you are.)
