Amy our salad is a hot one. We roast cut up pumpkin and blanch green beans in water then in a frying pan toast some flaked almonds then put the beans and pumpkin in to heat up and then stir through some Persian feta. I then put it all on tope of baby inch. We find the oil from the feta is enough to provide the dressing. It's a favorite here and is quite simple.
Found some Dhufish in the freezer so we will do that on the BBQ with some squid rings and a nice green salad. boys will probably want some wedges with it but think i will do some of Uni's chips instead. Moptop
