It's nice to be able to take photos Robyn, the icing on the cake when posting recipes or reviews.

Mince roll with smoked oysters and bacon filling. Topped with mushroom soup and baked for an hour. Delicious.

The jam and pudding look delicious Robyn. Are you going to freeze the pudding?

Made some Thai chicken patties tonight to have with salad. Also had to make some veggie patties for DS (15) who has recently decided to become a vegetarian. As he has stuck to this for the last couple of months I am putting the extra effort in to make sure I cater for his needs. The other night we had Lasagna so I made a separate little vegetarian lasagna for him as well.

It would keep
I remember my grandma would have hers hanging in the laundry for months before Christmas and would toss brandy over them every so often.

Pudding was so easy to make, took about 10 minutes all up, then to boil...
