Thanks MF :D

Enjoy Katie!! ;D

We had the varoma steamed chicken chilli dumplings from here. I was a bit disappointed with my technique, but the flavour was good :)

Good to see you are all eating well! Your meals all sound great.

Thanks MF :D I wouldn't say they were easy... I had a lot of trouble with the dough. I don't do much cooking with this sort of dough so it might be my inexperience :-))
But we loved the filling, and that was super easy :D

Amy I don't think it is you. I can't say I have tried this recipe, but have made a few dumplings before and some dough recipes are just awful to work with. Wonton wrappers are easy to use too. Your dumplings do look great.

Thanks Kimmy :) I'm definitely going to use wonton wrappers and try the filling again ;)

Made some chicken and corn soup for me and DH if he wants it - I'll be making scrambled eggs for the kids. Couldn't be bothered doing anything else.
