Quirky Jo's chicken with cashews and coconut rice.  Dessert was a special treat. Peppermint icecream pops.

Mum has been held up later than we expected so she had a BLT at the airport. I just had a slice of toast and tub of yoghurt :P

Dinner tonight is a lamb leg roast with potato bake and steamed veg, zucchini muffins and gravy.  :)

Now going to the in-laws for dinner tonight, taking the lamb and potato bake (cuz I already had it done and she has taken miss2 for the afternoon), so don't know what we will be having it with?!  :)

Maddy's vegie soup with bacon and pasta. So very nice - had it with a bread roll made this morning (Uni's recipe)
