EDC Minestrone with homemade chicken stock. Delicious!
Sorry about the giant photo. I can't figure out a way of reducing it in Tapatalk. Can't do it in iPhoto on the iPad either.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Astarra's slow cooked lamb chops with mashed potatoes, carrots and peas.  Had a taste at lunch time and it is yummmm. :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I'm so excited for lr and his new path in life with your family Hally. It's the all the 'little' things we take for granted that really open our eyes to the experiences little people like lr have not had (or had :/)

We had an "I can't be bothered cooking,  but don't want to be disappointed by takeaway risotto".
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/
