Quirky Jo's chicken with cashews and coconut rice. Dessert was a special treat. Peppermint icecream pops.

Cookie, your dinner sounds good, I love meals like that
Mum has been held up later than we expected so she had a BLT at the airport. I just had a slice of toast and tub of yoghurt

Yum Uni that looks great - I reckon I could eat that!
So he was naughty - was that his punishment...?!
Dinner tonight is a lamb leg roast with potato bake and steamed veg, zucchini muffins and gravy.

Now going to the in-laws for dinner tonight, taking the lamb and potato bake (cuz I already had it done and she has taken miss2 for the afternoon), so don't know what we will be having it with?!

Maddy's vegie soup with bacon and pasta. So very nice - had it with a bread roll made this morning (Uni's recipe)
