no idea as yet lol but something easy maybe pizza...the day is just starting here and DH woke up early to watch oz play in the world cup game and is currently on the phone with my dad lol..men and their sport!

Lasagna, haven't made it in years but with the thermo the cheese sauce is so easy and the recipe posted on this forum for the awesome cheese sauce is indeed awesome.

With all the talk of pie makers, I decided to dust mine off and make some for dinner.

Tonight we had roast lamb with roast veggies (No TM meal tonight) Although the TM has had a work out today with preparing for school lunches.

Both those pies look inviting maddy - was the quiche in the book that came with it or did you make up your own recipe?  I love individual quiches.

It was really good:  even the stems were tender!  Ate them the French way:  leaf by leaf, dunk in a herb vinaigrette to finish with the heart and stem:  delish

Frozzie I've had pan fried gnocchi in a restaurant. Its definately worth giving it a try I think you'd need to use a reasonable amount of olive oil. I'm quite sure the recipe would be the same boiled or pan fried.

i love it..prefer it to the regular gnocchi..has that bit of crunch and not so soft...mmmm going to have to give it a go and get around to making some..

Fozzie, I make my gnocchi the normal way, drain it and let it dry a little, then heat some butter in a non stick frypan, fry some onions and then add the gnocchi, let them brown nicely before turning them. I serve mine with a spag bol sauce. Yum

thanks pumpkin pie..its the way i would have tried it I imagine...havent had it in ages but do enjoy pan fried gnocchi... i have a verylong list of things to try or retry...still havent gotten around to the malt lol ..bags are still sitting on the kitchen table...too many things coming up.. not enough time at home!
