Last night we had "The new Roast chicken" from the Delicious simply the best book.......It was delicious, and I'm still thinking about it today!  :-*

chicken breasts were marinated in crushed garlic/lemon thyme/olive oil, then wrapped in procuito.
Cooked shortly, then roasted in oven.  Topped with a chicken/wine gravy, then sprinkled with a toasted sourdough/lemon/garlic/parsley crumb.
Green beans and sweet potato mash.

Tonight was cheeseburger pie, wedges and corn cobs.

.........EAT CAKE!

It does look super maddy.  I've done something similar myself over the years for dinner parties and the other day I went looking for something similar already converted for the TMX.  Surprisingly, or maybe not, I found something.  Check it out here.

Looks tasty Maddy.

I made Tarasis's Chinese Crispy Shredded Beef today, was really tasty.  I did cut down the sugar somewhat though to around 2 tsp.  Thanks Tarasis  :D

Frozzie, not everything can be TMX - much as I love it :) (though without making things in the TMX I wouldn't have tried the recipe in the first place, so it is TMX related :)

thanks for getting the link Judy.

Glad it worked for you Julie, your photo looks so edible I'm positively salivating. I was planning to make it today, but we went to a Chinese buffet for lunch instead; however I will do it someday this weekend as its just scrummy. So tea today is probably the Wheaten bread I was making at 11pm - 1am last night.

Tomorrow is probably some buttermilk pancakes and soda farls. Trying various recipes to find the one that gives me the taste I want.

Wonder, I used rump steak.  :)

Thankyou CP, nice thing to say.  :D

Thanks Tarasis.  ;D

Please remember that the tablespoon measurements in the recipe would equal 3 tsp here in Oz.  I also cut down the sugar to about 2 tsp, and only used 1 red chilli.  :)
