 :) :)
I made a ladies day yesterday I think, at target.  She would have been in her mid 60's, and was asking the change room girl (a young one) if she looked nice in the 3/4 pants she was trying on.  She said she had recently lost weight from dieting, and was unsure if the pants were too tight.  The young girl said they look nice, but don't go tighter  ???  I then commented to her they looked perfect, and made her tooshie look great in them too! (which it did)  :D  She was so thrilled and she thanked me and floated back to the change room.  The power of a compliment is huge  :)
Great pic Judy  ;)

Home late, so made a quick sweet chili chicken stir fry, with baby corn & sugar snap peas

Home made Kerry Farm Chicken,(KFC) with left over veggies from last night.  Left over Xmas Pud.  The Xmas Pud was nearly 12 months old and just as beautiful as when made.

I made a curry in my pc tonight, called Beef Xacutti.  Don't know what that means, but it was really nice.  First time I've made it and my only tweak would be to reduce the dried chillies from 4 to 2.  It wasn't over the top spicy hot, but a bit more than what we are used to, loved the flavour though.   ;D
