BBQ'd Lamb Chops and salads. Not sure of which salads, I'll have to go through my fridge to see what's left.

Chicken Rendang from FFS again tonight. My mob aren't too fussed on whole spices in meals so I have blended them down to see how it goes ... will be interesting to see. Also making it with chicken thigh filets as DH wants to make the left overs (good luck with that
lol) into pies for work meals.

Let us know how it goes, Faffa. I'm loving Tenina's recipes.

it was ok, nicer with the whole spices ... I used 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon as I was out of sticks and didn't change anything else as I wanted to get a benchmark. We think we will try and reduce the spices that will be ground by about a quarter next time and see how it is. We love this dish, just they fuss about the whole spices in their meal
Oh and the chicken thighs just fell apart

Faffa, I love this dish too. What was the fat like? I need to make it less oily.
I am going to use breast next time.

The last of the grand children have gone home so we will be eating leftovers for the next couple of days. Ahhh, the peace and quiet.
