Kezza - well it's not too bad you had a packet meal as you had to add a lot of fresh stuff in there. A healthy

We had spiced chicken with sweet potato. It was an all-in-one!! Gotta love those!! Chicken was moist and the meal was healthy but will probably increase spices next time.

Dinner tonight - roast beef (going to try in in varoma, fingers crossed it works) with steamed potatoes then fried in meat juices (from searing beef), steamed brocolli (Miss 5.5's request - or make that ORDER!!  :D) steamed and fryed sweet potato chunks, steamed beans and curried corn and carrot dish...yum!! Served with gravy and fresh buns.  :)

Sounds like enough for a meal. LOL'

Just as well there was enough ... we had the in-laws in for tea too!!! [and shocked them with our news they are getting another grandchild!!!!]

Kezza, i have that packet in my cupboard. I was given it when I bought my  slowcooker ???  I think it was a promotion with selling woks & they werent selling so she gave me one. The use by date has gone, so I should use it soon. Glad to hear it s OK.
