I got my microsoft office programs working again, so I can post a couple of photos from last night's dinner. Decided the quiches weren't really that attractive, so I'll just post the desserts ;D

Bread and butter pudding using leftover fruit bread (completely made up the recipe :-)))
Chocolate Pineapple Cake (farfallina's recipe from the forum)

Dinner tonight will be citrus chicken casserole and leftover cake or pudding.  Of course, I said cake or pudding last night, but everyone had both anyway :-))

I loooooove bread & butter pudding! Good incentive to make some bread so I can use up leftovers.
Tonight we're having Baf's chicken in Varoma for the first time, have to read the thread to decide which variation to try!

We are trying for the lamb pizza again.....didn't happen last night because I got stuck at work until six and didn't have any mozzarella at home....I commuted with my husband yesterday and he wasn't enthusiastic about stopping to get cheese and having to wait for dinner....so we got Nandos instead.  Now I just have to remember to pick up the cheese after we drop my son's bass guitar in for repair tonight.

Mmm, haven't made a roast chicken for a while, must do that next week I think.  :D

I've made up a quick marinade in the TM of fresh sage leaves, garlic and olive oil and have a pork fillet marinating in it.  Will season and wrap with prosciutto then drizzle the marinade over the top and roast covered with wet baking paper, then will finish it off uncovered for the prosciutto to crispen up.  Am feeling like mashed potatoes and vegies to go with.

Also made creme brulees yesterday to serve after.  :D

Looks like someone shot it but it was the screw in the cover which holds  the thermometer.

Well I never knew that. Seems to easy  thing to do.  It is always moist and all the fat is in the dish not  left in the chicken. I do ducks And turkeys the same.
