Yes he does 12 hour shifts, very busy work.  He's a shift leader and works in a laboratory.  :)

Going to be a long night for DH Julie if he is not well but the nice break at the end of it will give him plenty of time to get nursed back to good health with your lovely cooking.

I do feel sorry  for the long shift for DH but it is good to know that such an expensive facility is working around the clock to make full use of it.

I think so......he married me!  ;D ;D

Yes, he's used to the 12 hour shifts been doing them for 16 years now.  The good side to that is they get good breaks.

Thanks Judy, he's not one to be sick very often so I do enjoy spoiling him when he is.  He does the same for me though so it works out well.  ;D

Pork roast tonight. It's pretty big, maybe I should invite someone to join us for dinner tonight to help eat it :D

Dede, yum, great its big, chop the rest up & serve up shepherds pie or bolognaise or a ragu, yum.

Beef nachos & salad. Going to do some mince in lettuce cups & some with CC's, I bought the Red Rock oes, they look good.

Haven't decided yet. Today is shopping day. It might be a good day to take some of the food from the freezer and eat it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Dede, just the same as making it with mince. Chop the left over meat up finely add the vegies and sause/gravy.
