BBQ chops! One of my very favourite dinners. Spring is such a lovely time of year for bbqing.

Fish and squid from the freezer (monkey Mia), with wedges that have Chookie's KFC on and some other vegies. Probably some sweet potato soup too as it is wet and stormy here.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

No, I haven't made them before Halex. I've had it on my to do list for ages though!  ;)  I like Chelsea's recipes, have made a couple of her other ones - Chow Mein, Cheesy tuna strudels come to mind.

Our dinner to ight fanastic.

Easy make pasta edc
Make ricotta from Helens blog
Chop up spinach.
Roll & make shapes of pasta.

I made burnt butter mushroom sauce & passata.
Yum yum yum

Give it a go, easy & so cheap & good :)
