Bet that tasted great Amy.  Never had swordfish myself Gretchen, is it a bit like a tuna steak.

I have a chicken to do something today, thawed out a 2 pack yesterday which reminded me to not be so lazy and to separate them next time  :-))  I have chicken broth from the 'healthy' chicken roast I did yesterday so I might joint this one & use the bits and pieces in the soup, crumb the breasts and make a small casserole with the maryland joint.  Tomorrow I will use both carcasses and skin for another batch of Tenina's chicken stock powder.
