My curry turned to mush :'(

It wasn't a good conversion. I think I will approach it differently next time...

DS didn't like the pork and noodle dish I made for dinner last night, or the Chinese duck , or the beef with broccoli that I made last week. Tonight I decided to make chicken and turkey burgers for dinner. They got the thumbs up  ;)
I've also made the butter chicken thigh recipe from the WW PC book for dinner tomorrow night. They smell and look good, so fingers crossed!

Bugger Uni.

We had caramel chicken, pickled cucumber & garlic rice

Also made a dessert pizza,  using the thin & crispy base from here, which then had an almond paste on base, apples, brown sugar/cinnamon, and chopped pecans.  Topped with Tenina's vanilla bean ice cream & maple syrup.

.........EAT CAKE!

I ... I so can't decide about that desert pizza. It's inventive and yet seems horribly ... Insane & offensive to do that to a poor pizza :)

I did, 7 minutes on heat setting 2.
Added pecans at 5 min. mark,  as the first one I made burnt them at the full 7 minutes of cooking.

I ... I so can't decide about that desert pizza. It's inventive and yet seems horribly ... Insane & offensive to do that to a poor pizza :)

the pizzas weren't offended  they said :P
Really is no different than having a warm scroll, with the addition of icecream.
