Have a glut of tomatoes & eggs so Mexican eggs with toasted sourdough it was.
doubled recipe, and added a bit more smoked paprika & garlic, and dashed on some Tabasco.
Love easy, all in the one pan dishes  :)





Tonight I think will be steak & salad.

Wow Maddy it's like a restaurant meal at your house every night.
Leftovers for grown ups tonight. Children having Lenny pops (chicken nuggets on sticks), hash browns and salad.

We're having herbed chicken rolls. Well a couple of us are. I didn't have enough chicken so one of us is having herbed steak rolls.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
