We had pork chops with a creamy capsicum sauce. We enjoyed it, but the kids would nt even try the sauce :(
I've posted the recipe in main meals.

We were out all day visiting friends in the very Northern suburbs. (we live in the southern suburbs). So it was a quick/no think meal.  I marinated some chicken breasts in sweet chilli sauce and chopped up some sun dried tomatoes with it. We then barbecued them and had them with veggies. Very nice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Oh Amy, If I had known rice pudding was on the menus would have walked over hot coals to your place!!
Tuna morney for dinner here tonight - much to DH disgust. Not a lover of morney at all!!  Too bad, sometimes you just have to make something that is quick an easy.

That reminds me of one of my favourite sayings Moptop... "There are two options for dinner: take it or leave it" ;D
And BTW, you are very welcome for rice pudding any time :D

That looks very yummy Amy. I love your quote.
That was the options my children had - take it or leave it. They both eat nearly everything.
