Well I found a bag with 3 potatoes in it in the freezer, so they are roasting now (just me and DH home still ATM) and also found a pack of 4 peppered steaks that have been in there for a very long time (too spicy for the girls) soooooooo, that will be our dinner tonight, probably do a salad too.

Still feeling rotten, tho I think the antibiotics are starting to work now. Girls with the in-laws, I am meant to stay away from them so they don't catch my Whooping Cough, but I am missing them so bad!

Whooping Cough??? OH MY!!!!!
Haven't your girls been immunised? You're only young, were you immunised against it?
Hope you are on the mend soon darling girl. What a blessing the in-laws are.

Poor you astarra, how long do the girls have to stay away from you? Thank goodness for your dear in-laws but I'm sure the girls are missing you as much as you are missing them. Get well soon.

Yes I was immunised and my girls are immunised too, so I should not have got it...but I did.
MIL already had them as I was feeling so rotten (before diagnosis) and couldn't look after them properally.
I am very grateful to my in-laws.
And I feel good as she told me a few months back her v-slicer was not as sharp as it was (after 30 years+ ) so I managed to get her a new one which we have given her as a thank you gift, she was so pleased!
Absolutely would not wish this illness on anyone...
I have to go back to doc for more tests, to see if I am getting over it proper then he will tell me when I can see my daughters again.
Miss 6 just sent me an email saying 'I hope you feel betta soon."

Oh astarra rest up.. Its never fun being sick but with littlies as well not good,at all.. Hope you get better soon..
Tonight we had a chicken baked dinner with chicken gravy then trudys peaches and cream dessert.. Was nice but would have been much nicer cold .. We couldnt wait and ate it straight from the oven which was just too hot and you couldnt taste the flavours properly..
