My dtr (and grandson) are coming for Christmas (her hubby is out at sea on the fishing boats) and I asked her if there's anything that she'd like me to make while she's here. Her answer was my hamburgers
So today I made up a heap of patties (so easy to press and store in my Tupperware burger press) and have put them in the freezer for when needed.
So I cooked a couple for us, they were a mirror image of this one, served with a dollop of chilli jam on top. (photo from last time I made them).

Crumbed snapper for tea tonight.
I had my chicken tenderloins replaced by Foodland girls - they had no record of finding them but let me pick another packet anyway. I would still like to know where they went though!
