Chirstmas Ham, lettuce salad, egg salad, fresh bread.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

My dtr (and grandson) are coming for Christmas (her hubby is out at sea on the fishing boats) and I asked her if there's anything that she'd like me to make while she's here.  Her answer was my hamburgers  :o  So today I made up a heap of patties (so easy to press and store in my Tupperware burger press) and have put them in the freezer for when needed.

So I cooked a couple for us, they were a mirror image of this one, served with a dollop of chilli jam on top. (photo from last time I made them).  ;D

Crumbed snapper for tea tonight.

I had my chicken tenderloins replaced by Foodland girls - they had no record of finding them but let me pick another packet anyway.  I would still like to know where they went though!
