They look nice, Mich.  :)

We had slow cooked beef roast, roast potato and pumpkin, steamed corn, peas, carrots and beans and garlic bread. And gravy
cheesecake for dessert.

Ham and pineapple kebabs, garlic bread and JulieO's curry pasta salad. Still got plum pud for dessert if anyone wants it.

I think I'll add them to my 'to do' list...they sound quite healthy :)

We just got home from Christmas at the coast so had a real treat...fish fingers and chips!

Made this tonight and I did cook down the marinade and use it as a sauce over the top, was delicious.  I served it with mashed potatoes, steamed carrots and beans and corn on the cob.  Really enjoyed it.  :)

Grilled lamb cutlets, salad and the EDC beetroot salad. Made it for the first time on Christmas Day and the husband has declared that he likes it a lot so made it again tonight.
