What did you think of it Kath? I use my MIL traditional recipe and am a bit iffy about doing it in the TMX.

Chelsea's version of EDC recipe is really good Michelle.

Made the EDC broccoli salad tonight. It was surprisingly good. I used half mayo and half yoghurt. My 2 little broccoli haters gobbled it up with no worries ;D

I have made both versions of stroganoff (EDC and Chelsea's) but prefer EDC can't put my finger on why but the kids gobble it up so I will keep on with that version - maybe our palette is not that sophisticated :)

For one reason or another I've been by myself all week and I am sick of having tomato soup, fruit salad, steamed eggs, and one bowl beef & rice casserole  :) I'm just not getting to the bottom of the dish cos I'm taking smaller and smaller portion sizes  :( I don't enjoy eating the same meal over and over, but there's at least another 2 days worth of meals left. DH is coming home tonight and he will readily eat a lot of it fortunately otherwise I would have to freeze it.

Can't you invite a friend or neighbour in to help you get rid of everything CP then you can start off fresh.
