Corned beef. Going to try and bake some zucchinis with garlic, herbs and lime juice.

We are going out for dinner tonight with DD just turned 28 yesterday  :)
Birthday celebration with DD, the 4 kids, her DH and his mum.
Her choice of restaurant. The Indian she wanted to go to is closed until Monday as owners on holiday  so no idea where we are going.
I like surprises  ;D

BBQ tonight at DS's house when we go to pick up the girls after their swim.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

1 leek, 1 carrot, some cabbage braised in butter and cooked in sock. Added I cooked beet root in cubes and few noodles.

Made two meals. Very good it was too. I just fancied veggies today.

I have visualised this and had a great chuckle. Thanks so much DJ. :-* :-*
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

No problems Mich. I will have some carrots, peas and corn with it too. Never baked zucchini before so at least there will be other veges I case of a failure ;)
