Uni, well done - that looks fantastic.  I just looked in Antonio Carluccio's book and there's a recipe for that in there which I could make in the Thermomix.  I'm doing the Healthy Roast Chicken from the Devil book tomorrow and I always end up with some nice chicken stock from that recipe so I'll earmark it for Pasta e Piselli.

Recipe done - here.

Looks really delicious Fundj.  Once you become more familiar with the new cooking method, I'm sure you'll really enjoy it.  I couldn't be without mine now, no way.  :D

Today I made Jamie's Spicy Prawns, rainbow salad and dressing.

I loved the prawns but as you cook them in their shells under the griller, it made for a messy meal peeling them at the table before being able to eat them!  ;D

The shells didn't come away cleanly either like normal, but the prawns tasted wonderful, dipping them into the cooking juices that was poured over them to serve.  Some nice bread to mop up the rest went down well too.

Next time I'm going to see what they are like if I shell them first.  :D

Nice to see a JulieO picture again  ;)

I agree with you Julie, peeling prawns takes the pleasure out of it but they look so good.

Not really into cooking atm with whats going on, yesterday I saw a wattle Valley bag in C. Its peri peri chicken, it has the seasoning for the chicken & the flatbreads & also some type of mixture to add to mayo, i will make the mayo. It sounds quite nice, all I have to do is cook the chicken & add salad :). Quick & no fuss :)
