The dessert was ok.  It's the only picture I got to take of a spare one.  It oozed chocolate like its supposed to but I'm over using bitter chocolate, next time, I'll tone it down with some milk chocolate

Chrissa, not sure which recipe you made, but I used Cadbury Premium Baking Chocolate (45%) in mine and it was just right for us, not bitter and not too sweet.  I'd use it again.  :)
I used whittakers dark Ghana 72% but did substitute about  a quarter of it with some 45% chocolate but it wasn't enough to tone it down

The recipe said to use chocolate over 50%
I do the best I can

Dinner tonight will be leftovers from yesterday's dinner party - roast beef, gravy, roast potatoes, kumara salad, onion pizza, spinach herb bread, corn, salad.  :P
Lemon cheesecakes for dessert... ;D

LOL Amy, we usually have a roast or if I'm feeling lazy a lasagne or something, but just last night we had DGs baked bean cases...I could not be bothered with too much fuss after a roast dinner for the dinner party at lunch time!  :D

Funny you should say that today to astarra Amy - I have just made Quirky Jo's baked beans and that's exactly what we will be having tonight. ;D

Yes, they were YUM! Even the baked-bean haters liked them!  ;) They weren't told what was in them, once they found out they had already commented on how nice they were!!

Oh yummo Judy, those bakes beans are delicious! Not a word I would usually use to describe baked beans ;D
I love easy meals like that ;)

I hated when my mum used to trick me like that, but I find some comfort in knowing that I do it to her now :D :D
