Thanks kimmyh. I added it to main meals. Very decadent but no good for the waistline lol

Tonight we had Chookie's lemon chicken with rice and vegies.

We are having chicken drums with potatoes, kumara, zucchini slice and steamed veg tonight. Oh and gravy!  :)

Probably have watermelon for dessert as I now have an 11.6kg watermelon sitting on my table...  :o  ;D

Astarra, wow, that is a big watermelon :o I would make watermelon slushies!! :D

Katiej, you are organised ;D

Tonight I'm making a cheat's lasagne.... when I wrote the menu plan last week I forgot it was a holiday, so I scheduled something quick on the menu because SD usually goes out on Monday nights. But now it turns out I could have done something more exciting, or at least got what I needed to make the lasagne from scratch :-))

Roast lamb done in the BBQ with roast potatoes, pumpkin and fresh beans from a friend.  Blackberry pie and ice cream for dessert.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
