What's for Dinner Tonight?

Ooh, I love scallops - they are my favourite seafood. I love them with the roe attached, but it's nearly impossible to buy them here fresh like that.
Me too :D

Happy anniversary Hally and DH.

Low fat carbonara tonight.

Glad you had a lovely anniversary dinner Hally! :-*

Last night was Beef Keema, which I made in TMX but needs tweaking before I post it :)

Me too! It's the tastiest bit of the scallop. They seem to hate the roe in Sydney. Where are you?

Yum Kimmyh! We had that last week, it's a definite keeper in this household!  ;D

Tonight was veal schnitzels and steamed vegies.

We love that dish, Kimmy... DS has requested it twice this week! A real family favourite!
