I made Chinese-style omelette wraps. No photo because they were very messy, but they were soooooo tasty

I had a Thai chicken and vegetable pot pie from the freezer as DH is out tonight.

Last night was zucchini quiches which I prepared earlier in the day because I was working
Not sure about tonight but I'm working again so it will have to be something else quick. Maybe just something from the freezer
