I have made the beef rib recipe that Wonder posted yesterday as it smells divine. However, there is quite a lot of fat on the top, so I will put it in the fridge overnight, remove the layer of fat and have it for dinner tomorrow.
So, instead, I am cooking the sausages that DH bought at the market today. Some are camel, and some are crocodile.  :o

I would need lots of tomato sauce with them to take my mind of the camels and crocodiles :-))

They certainly are some gourmet sausages ES!  Have you had camel or crocodile before?

I made chicken enchiladas in the 5 in 1 tonight.  Second time I've done it and it's an absolute winner with the family.  I am using the 5 in1 for dinner at least two nights a week so it's been a great buy.

Is the Dani Valents spag bol recipe nice?
Stupid question or you wouldn't say you like it Amy.  ;)

We really like that bolognaise MF...a lot of people don't though. It seems a bit lighter than some other spag bol sauces. I think the trick is to not call it bolognaise. It has a lovely orange and star anise flavour throughout, but looks like a regular bolognaise. I give people a warning before they eat it so they are not expecting something else.
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

We all preferred the crocodile sausages to the camel ones. The camel ones were too spicy for the kids, and I had to give up half of my crocodile one for DD in exchange for her camel one. Amy, I did have a little sweet Chilli sauce with mine :-))

ES I'm so sorry, I forgot to add that when I took the meat out and strained the sauce I filled the bowl with ice cubes to get all the fat out! I do that with most sauces when the meat has a high fat content so didn't think to put it in my earlier post. I hope you like them, they were such a big (and unexpected) hit in our house but I imagine they wouldn't be to everyone's liking.

I also loved the mixed vegies and rice which I had poured some of the sauce over the next day for lunch.
