Must be the night for stroganoff - chicken stroganoff with Chookies enough rice for the whole family. I love this recipe, Yvette put me on to it, a family favourite for them.

big ones had chicken chorizo and mushroom risotto and the little ones had devilled sausages it turned out really yummy I thought I had a packet mix in the cupboard but didn't so I had a recipe I'd printed off the recipe community ages ago but never made really recommend it and another packaged food I no longer need to buy ;D

We were out last night, so finally got around to eating the mushroom and chestnut soup. It actually tastes quite nice, but not worth the effort.
Have given away the other kilo of chestnuts

The EDC beef stroganoff made with chicken - Yvette style.  Love Chookies rice - the only way I cook rice now.
