Bacon wrapped chicken in the slow cooker with a BBQ and apple sauce, although I'm doing it in the 5 in 1 and pressure cooking for 6 minutes before then swapping to slow cooking because the day has got away from me and i didn't get it on in time to do it all slow cooked. I hope it works out OK.

Lentil Shepherds Pie. The topping is cauliflower and ricotta mash.

A Michelle Bridges recipe. DH isn't overly keen on the cauliflower mash, although I love it. Maybe half pot and half cauli next time. The low fat ricotta makes an excellent substitute for butter and milk - so rich and creamy.

A potato topped chicken thing with mushrooms, bacon and leek in it.

Tried something new called Mexican beef slice from Annette Sym's latest Symply Too Good book.

How did the family like this Kimmy? It sounds lovely.

How would you rate the book? (not that I need any more cookbooks)

DH and I loved it, boys not as much, but will be cooking it again.  Mum purchased this one and I have only found three recipes I want to try. Don't think it is as good as her others. Save your money and I will post the recipe soon :)

That's one thing I would never buy pre made Uni, DH has told me too many stories of the ones they used to have as kids to scare me off.
