Has that just hit you ES or were you unwell yourself over the weekend.  Guess your turn had to come - hope you feel better soon and thanks for being one of the drivers during forumfest.  Xxx

I had a fabulous time over the weekend, but started to come down with this last night. No surprise really as everyone else in the family has had it, although I've been dosing myself up with zinc since Thursday last week hoping to ward it off.

I used the pizza bianca dough, using garlic infused olive oil instead of plain.  Yes, it is fluffy & base crisp in pizza oven, and only 15 mins. resting time so it's quick.

Wonder, the bianca topping is a suggestion in the normal pizza dough recipe in the EDC so not sure if maddy has a different dough for it.

I got a TMX recipe card for pizza bianca when I had my varoma demo - I wonder if that is the recipe maddy used.   I can send it to you when I get home if you like Wonder, if no-one posts it before then.
