Sounds interesting. Does it taste like chicken?
Roast chicken with Jamie's orange carrots, smashed potatoes, sweet potato, peas, stuffing and gravy.

Croc sausages sound interesting.

For any Perth people: I highly recommend the salt and pepper crocodile at Phi Yen (cnr lake and Brisbane streets) and Lido (cnr William street and Robinson ave) in Northbridge. It is similar to salt and pepper squid but with a better texture (think firm fish/soft chicken) and gentler flavour. It doesn't taste like chicken to me, it tastes like it comes from the water. A very mild fish flavour.

It's a hard texture to describe. White meat but quite crumbly. They were made with an Asian influence ginger lemon grass etc. We just had them with salad. Not bad but probably a little too much ginger.

I love crocodile! I describe it as a tasty cross between fish and chicken

I reckon that is a pretty good description Jamberie. I try to avoid referring to it like that because people never seem to believe me!
Do you cook it yourself? I've only ever eaten it out and have almost always enjoyed it.

No I haven't cooked it myself, but whenever it's on the menu I order it
I've seen it here for sale in our specialised butcher but am worried I won't do it justice. I think it might take some skill-knowledge that I don't have!
