Roast lamb here tonight. But late putting it in the oven though because of a dentist appointment. But pretty warm here today so won't matter if we eat later. :)

We just had steamed fish with a creamy garlic/parsley/cheesey sauce over it and salad (oh and a few roast spuds for DH  :-))  ;D )

I Love my thermomix in so many ways, not only is it wonderful and whipping up a meal in no time and preparing components of meal.
It's also brilliant at keeping a family satisfied and informed, for example.......
Tonight we had a roast lamb and roast spuds and pumpkin in the oven, and in the thermomix was some veggies to steam. I am pretty good at coordinating all the individual items to all be finished cooking at the same time, so when DH come home the first thing he said was how long before tea? I only have to look at the TM timer and say 30 minutes, then DS 18 walks in and asks the same question (26 minutes) , DD 13 text me from her friends house to ask when tea would be ready (15 minutes), DS 16 walks out of his room and asks the same question (12 minutes) and of cause DD 10 walks in to ask the same question (5 minutes). Everyone is happy and tea is served exactly when I said it would be. :)

Well done Mandi. Now if only you could train them all to look at the timer themselves 😉

Tonight we tried Tenina's Soy & basil chicken noodles. Delicious and like she said, quicker than Jamie. The photo is minus the cashews. I added them to my serve later. Keeps the nut haters happy ☺️

Leftover Christmas ham pasta tonight - great quick meal after getting home late.

Yum, keen to make those noodles now though.
