Airfryers are getting a work out!

We had butter chicken tonight and have decided we prefer it done in the slow cooker :)

JulieO, Hellinic republic is George Columbaris from Masterchef restaurant. We've been there a number of times and enjoyed it each time - nice and casual with great food. I had forgotten about it actually, might need to put it on the list to visit again.

Thanks for that Wonder, I didn't know about that.  The salad was really lovely and one I will put on my regular list for me for sure. :)

Wow JulieO - that looks sensational!  How did you manage to find a pomegranate?

Sorry Karen I missed this.  I bought mine from Woolies. :)

Thanks Cookie.  I really enjoyed it and when pomegranates aren't available I think I'll just use some craisins or extra currants. Half the recipe is good for 2 main meal serves. :)

KFC using the air fryer. Thigh for DH and breast for DD and I.

Excellent Cookie. I'm making KFC as well. What settings did you use for thighs vs breast?

Snap I'm making K F C chicken for dinner tonight. As well, but in the oven.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I used 180 for both BZB but cooked the thigh almost twice as long.

It tasted lovely but a lot of the coating fell off. I think I will stick to oven for this.

Tonight I'm having a fellow oyster-loving girlfriend over for dinner to eat several dozen raw oysters on the half shell!  I just made the mignonette in the TM (the finely diced shallots with red wine vinegar).  Tonight I plan to make some crushed ice/snow to put on my tray to serve the oysters on.  I will also make a light salad (cauliflower with dill and apple) and probably a peach sorbet for dessert, all in the TM.  I think I'm just inventing reasons to invite people over to show it off!
