Red hot dog sausages, mixed with baked beans, bacon and some tomato sauce. Then cooked up together in a casserole for about an hour. Very easy, naughty but delicious.

My "dear" DD's are on very strict diets, no meat, no dairy, no sugar, no,no,no!  One is trying to pinpoint possible allergies. ( really I think annoying their Mum.)
So I made a big pot of vege soup, used Dulse flakes  and herbs and created , I thought, a lovely flavour with no extras.  So DD1 comes home and says she feels like scrambled eggs!
We have a niece/cousin's wedding in August and all trying to lose a few!  So nice healthy vege soup won't go astray and hence no "fun" cooking coming from my part of the world.

Chicken soup and sourdough bread; it is so cold here at the moment it had to be a pot of steaming soup (a thermomix pot of course).

Tonight we had lemon chicken from women's weekly Chinese cookery cookbook (an oldie but a goodie) and fried rice.
