We have just had beef spareribs done in the slow cooker (not my favourite appliance) and they turned out yummy but I must say I like them better done in the oven. That was followed by some strawberry ice cream; home made of course.

Oh troupie, I love my slowcooker...
We are having a whole chicken cooked in my slowcooker tonight. With wraps and the normal wrap salads etc

Steak with sweet teriyaki sauce (from Annette Sym's book 6). Had eyes bigger than my stomach and didn't eat it all though
