DD took us out for Ribs , went to hurricanes ,so good but very expensive 1/2 rack $35

Last night Miss3 'made' meatballs in tomato (by taking some frozen meatballs and putting them into a dish then spooning some bacon and tomato sauce over them
) and roast potatoes (by taking them from the freezer and brushing oil over them)
Then I popped it into the oven and it was done 30min later!
Tonight Miss5 says she is cooking....roast veg, chicken portions, gravy and steamed veg ... we shall see how much she does of it!!!

Pork loin chops with pear sweet potato and onion
I saw the recipe in an email this morning and it looked nice so I gave it a try. The dressing was very nice.

DH did Waygu sausages with his version of a potato bake and what he called a salsa of chopped mushrooms, onion, balsamic and soy. We had beans and corn with it. Very tasty.
