Pleased to hear you are up and about Katie.
We had Nicco's Gnudi with Ragu, always a winner.  We are trying the LCHF  ATM , so I left out the flour.  Still steamed nicely.

last night was lamb shanks at Portabello,
Lunch was pork belly with a Asian salad at Vivo's.

I counted 12 chefs and 1 thermo at vivo's, at lunch time. :D

I have found Bantings easy to follow, particularly for my DH.  They have a traffic light list, green eat all you like, orange restricted and red none at all.
My DH has never needed to watch his weight so finds it difficult to understand.
My DD's have list around 2 kg each in the first week.  I don't even think they are overweight.  They were frightened they would heap it on because of the fat content.
