It was the Chicken Salad with Vietnamese Dressing. We loved it. I have made it before. They are perfect for the hot evenings , especially yesterday as our air con decided it didn't want to play again. All good now I hope.

Sounds like I need that dinner spinner book as I have just convinced DH that salads with meat in them are nice.

I will be having a piece of salmon baked in the oven with onions, courgettes, potatoes, and tomatoes.
Broccoli and spring greens on the side.
No pudding, just a satsuma.
Dull but healthy!

DJ, sounds good to me.
I have been wanting to try this for ages. It is usually made with a large Cobb loaf, but I thought I would try it on a roll.
Cut squares into bread, almost all the way through. Pout lots of garlic oil or butter between cracks. Add cheese down the cracks. Bake until crusty.
