Ask and you shall receive; well on this forum anyway when you want good cooking information. Many thanks Judy, I hardly pressed post and you had the information for me. I haven't heard of them before, very interesting.

Ha ha, my pleasure troupie.
Members here are so nice and helpful, it restores faith in humanity.
Tonight we had lamb chops and a massive salad that I picked from the garden. Also sliced pots, microwaved and topped with cheese.
Also made Humus which we ate with sliced Nashipear for starters.

As I'd been out most of the day we had pasta from the Pasta Machine and a simple tomato sauce and Parmesan on it.

We had panfried chicken marinated in KFC spice, garlic, oil and lemon juice and rolled in a mix of coconut flour and sesame seeds with salad and a cheesy bacon bake.

I made Skinnymixers szechian pork belly last night. We loved it. I couldn't find szechian pepper so subbed for pepper melody. The butcher in our Woolies prepped the pork for me, first time in a very long while I felt I had received 'service" in a supermarket.
I wasn't sure how to serve the pork, I followed the recipe and wilted bik choy in the broth with the vermicelli noodles.
Sticky pork was the star, delicious.
