Spersephone, the kievs from here are lovely! They are a family fave and even my impossible-to-please father in law asked for the recipe.

We have just had chicken kebabs and salads for dinner - feels like summer. :)

Cookie, I don't think I have tried that recipe from dinner spinner - might have to give that a whirl. Yummo.

Jo, my husband is a bit wary of what he eats (says he eats everything!) and even he enjoys this. Or at least he goes back for seconds with it.

Tonight we had mushroom and beef meatballs in a tomato sauce, and last night I made a chorizo and calamari salad. DH bought the chorizo sausages from a country butcher who smokes his own smallgoods, and they are amazing.

I made tuna mornay tonight. I do the onions, garlic, celery (and whatever else I sneak in) in the Thermomix, then sauté it in a frypan and add a tin of tuna. While that's mixing up the flavours, and the pasta is boiling away, I get the Thermomix to make the bechamel sauce. Then put it all together and put in the oven to brown the mozzarella on top. I did a version that was made more in the Thermomix but my husband didn't like it, so I've gone back to my old way, getting it to make the steps easier for me. I love the sauce, but I have difficulty stirring things, so I love the way it helps me!

A small roast beef here tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We are having grilled Salmon and a Salad I haven 't made before from the RC, called Curried Chickpea & Vegetable salad. It tastes really nice, I know DH will like it when he gets home.

Too hot to do much tonight. We are having Vietnamese a Rice paper rolls. I have Coriander, mint & raw Veges chopped up, shredded chicken, chopped cashews and a Dipping sauce. We each assemble our own. Quick, easy and tasty.

Used some leftover Christmas ham in fried rice and served with honey chicken http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/main-dishes-meat-recipes/honey-chicken-chinese-takeaway-style/242192
This is a popular recipe on Facebook and I can say it delivers every time. I successfully halved it which made more than enough for the four of us.
