We had chicken smothered in garlic butter then cooked, with hash browns and salad tonight

I had a lovely low cal dinner last night (and tonight); Sticky jerk salmon with mango slaw.

I've prepared the QFITT Miso chicken recipe. I used 1kg of thighs and doubled the sauce as others have said. I didn't bother to put the chicken pieces into the bowl to mix with the sauce, I just put the chicken in the big baking dish and poured over the sauce and turned to coat. The dish is now in the fridge where I'll leave it to marinate for a few hours then will bake. I'm unsure whether to serve with rice or make some mash and steamed veg for DH (working till 7pm).

Yes very tasty Judy as I used my own curry paste that I made in the TM and keep in the freezer. So much nicer than any bought stuff.

I've decided on making an Apricot chicken dinner from the Thermomix Recipe Community. I was initially thinking about lemon chicken but found a recipe that sounded good, so I'll see how I go with that.

I made the recipe but it wasn't great. It became a bit too bland. Still, everyone ate it.
