Tonight is Pea and Ham soup started by DH at 8 am this morning. I'm making some of Maddy's Cheese and Bacon rolls to have with it.

Last night we had a Turkey & vege stir fry done in thermomix and served over cauliflower rice. It was meant to be chicken, but I had the turkey breast steak thawed out which I just cut into strips. Very tasty.

It's 3pm and I have just taken some chicken out of the freezer. Hopefully it will thaw out or dinner will be later than usual.

A piece of grilled salmon on a bed of zucchini noodles. The only thing made in the thermomix is the kale/basil pesto that I stir through the noodles.  Sweet potato mash will go with it also.
