I cooked a thick piece of pork loin in the air fryer for 12 minutes along with some potato gems, served with salad.

It’s years since I made that chicken dish Chookie, it looks scrumptious.

Cookie, I like the sound of this but don’t think Ral would eat it.   I am trying to convert him to more vegetarian meals but it is a real struggle.

Last night I cooked BBQ chicken drumsticks, a roasted garlic veggie medley, gravy and corn cobs

Tonight I'm doing a pork roast dinner with gravy :)

DH eats them under sufferance! This one was no where near as nice as Tenina's Chick Pea and Cashew Curry.
Last night we had RTE slow cooked beef and tonight we are trying RTE Salmon Patties. I'm not fond of tinned salmon so I bought a couple of salmon fillets for them.

Stuffed Spaghetti Marrow.  I baked it in the oven first then scraped out the seeds, fluffed up the spaghetti strands and mixed them with a pizza topping.  Then back into oven and baked with cheese on top. We ate it with crumbed schnitzel.
