Roast chicken dinner, the only thing I had to cook tonight were the potatoes. I love these easy meals.

Home made burgers. I was going to make some brioche buns but then realised I have 3 still in the freezer.

CC, don’t you just love it when what you have cooked does 2 meals. Ral calls this ‘ Leftovers House’ as it happens so often.
Tonight Duck Breast grilled with Cauli mash ,  Zuchinni and yellow French beans.

I look at it as a free meal Chookie.  You can live on leftovers of some sort, too much of the main meal will last at least 2 days.  The next day you can cook veggies or make salads to go with it then you have leftover veggies or salad and you make a meat dish to go with that and so it goes on LOL.

Nothing for me as I am having my colonoscoy tomorrow.   Maybe sausages and mash for the others.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Yummo Judy.
We had stir fry chicken and Ral had a small square of chocolate cake made with coconut flour.
