We love it Margaret. This time I used some  leftover ham in it instead of bacon. I've discovered that if you leave it to sit for about 10-15 minutes before cooking it helps the impossible base to create itself.
It is even nicer cold.

I'm not sure what we will have tonight. either a stir fry or feta meatballs.

We had the Impossible pie / quiche cold for lunch with salad.
We had Satay Chicken for dinner. I made the sauce in TMX and also cooked the rice in TMX.

I always cook rice and pasta in the thermomix, I find it much easier.
I splurged and bought 300g prawns this morning and 500g squid and I'm going to make a RTE recipe of a seafood gratin.

It was lovely.

There is enough left for tomorrow night’s dinner.

Last night we had  Roast Pumpkin & Bacon Rissotto that was cooked in the oven.  DH & DS both commented how nice it was.
