We are having Madras Curry in the SC. It is a Tenina recipe and I have just toasted the spices. The house smells lovely. I think I will make some Naan to go with it.

Well we had the marinated pork ribs for dinner, a Dani Valant recipe - in the mix . They were great . Steamed them and used two thermomixs with cooked fennel celery carrot and rice . Then you reduce the  marinade , a hint of chili in there to . Fiddly to eat but so good .

It sounds delicious K Atie.
We had Tenina’s Pot Pie. I tasted lovely. Just a different version of a Shepherds’ Pie really.
